In Visioning we define both personal and community visions for the work and worship of God, and develop a plan that will enable your congregation to live out its core values. Visioning cultivates consensus within the church, helps a congregation feel ownership in, and responsibility for its vision. Vision-driven leadership is transformative, and, if properly implemented, propels the congregation into a community of achievement and accountability.
Fees for this service range from $2,000- $5,000.
